driving between santa ynez and santa barbara, i pulled the car over to capture these majestic oaks.

had a great visit to the santa ynez valley and did some chantarelle mushroom hunting. didn’t find a lot of mushrooms, but got some nice photos.

went to visit the beautiful santa ynez valley with chef frank miller in a quest for chanterelle mushrooms. we stopped by the magnificent harrison clarke vineyards.

we stopped by the grape stomp at temecula’s leonesse cellars last fall. grapes hanging on the vines always bring a smile to my face.

i went to scandinavia in 2007 with two friends as we followed little feat across denamrk, into sweden and norway. keyboard player bill payne is not only a wizard, he’s always a joy to watch.

kauai has some of the loveliest flowers i’ve seen. i shot this in 2004 shortly after a rain shower.
