at the bohio dive resort on grand turk island, chef jorika prepared an amazing array of conch dishes for us. every bite was delectable.

st thomas was our 3rd port of call on the eastern caribbean aboard holland america’s ms eurodam. our first stop of the day was at the butterfly where i saw this lovely purple flower.
